Niek is business manager at Eggsplore. Eggsplore provides a number of business and logistical services and a face for the Fintech community through educational and network events, a yearly FinTech conference and a Brussels based entrepreneurial hub that houses FinTech organizations and companies. Eggsplore connects the dots in Fintech.

Prior to joining Eggsplore, Niek has worked for ING Belgium for 7 years. Starting as an analyst in the IT department, he quickly found his main interest in data analytics. In 2010 he became the head of the IT Marketing Analytics team, which expanded quickly from 5 to 30 people, during the dawn of the new era: the data-driven society.

Niek is a passionate IT professional, strongly believing that every question can be solved by IT, you just have to ask the right questions!!!

 Niek lives in Bruges, Belgium. In his spare time he enjoys music and sports, and he is fascinated by the illusive contradiction of “trying to create more spare time”.
