Innovation is a term that has been overused and abused in the past years. If you Google the meaning of the word you get approximately 249 million hits. All companies talk about innovation but very few have a concrete way of working with it. At Spotify we believe that innovation can come from anywhere and anyone in the company. It is not reserved to a specific R&D department, everyone is responsible for contributing. In this session I will talk about how we create the culture, strategies, tools and processes to make that possible.
