like Facebook and Amazon run multiple tests on a single day. They continuously learn from their users and adapt their website as quickly as possible.

If you want to see how easy to use the website you’ve just designed is or, perhaps, the website
of your client or competitor, the only real way is to have it tested by a real person, maybe a few
of them. To perform these usability tests, you have different possibilities: go to a specialised
testing laboratory, use a usability testing tool or craft a home-made solution.
