The prominence of small and affordable computing technology, sensors and communication radios is allowing for seamless embedding of technology within fashion. This opens the door for what we wear to allow us to connect with our environment and our bodies in new ways, and ultimately perceive and understand them better. I want to talk about the consequences and possibilities of altered perception and sensual extension on our view of the world based on my project "Reverb Hoodie", a device creating an immersive sound sphere based on wifi activity, electromagnetic fields and ones own pulse.
