During the past couple of months, you‘ve probably heard several stories of companies getting rid of managers and why this is awesome. In this talk you will hear the opposite story: How we introduced several layers of Management at Jimdo and why I am excited about it. I will share real-life experiences what made us introduce more management, how we did it, what we‘ve learned along the way and what problems it solved for us. 

This will be a 18-minutes experience talk, followed by an open slots where we open the discussion to everyone who‘s interested.
