The biggest challenges for our UX team have been about incorporating a user-centered design approach in our development process, having good collaborations with developers, requirements analysts and others and doing this in an agile environment. Using a charm offensive helped to convince people of the added value of user centered design. How we achieved this and which challenges we encountered will be illustrated with interesting examples.
