Some countries work better than others. Some countries just get it right. They are optimized for citizens and everything from their airports to their public transport to their public spaces works smoothly, adding pleasure and efficiency to people’s lives. While other countries just get it wrong. They are optimized for vested interests, adding stress and frustration to people’s lives. 

This talk uses a mix of UX theory and political philosophy to explore the root causes of “national UX”. Along with five lessons software designers can learn from it.
